Your Opportunity
You will synthesize issues and risks, formulate recommendations and propose remedies to the implementation challenges, as well as drive and influence team members to adopt our systems and programs. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to shaping the Talent Acquisition business strategy with an eye towards end-to-end operational execution. Today, we have an innovative recruiting infrastructure in place and need someone who is passionate about using technologies and systems to enable smarter recruiting and talent attraction.

Our Ideal Candidate
You’re a thought leader in the talent technology space and understand recruiting systems and platforms. You are someone who partners and works across major boundaries (organizations, business processes, systems, programs) to assess best ways to apply, leverage and optimize technology and processes to solve business requirements for Informatica. You can demonstrate your strong project management experience including your ability to independently prioritize and track complex, competing schedules; proactively anticipate and complete tasks; and self-initiate programs. When something is not working, you shift gears quickly, and come up with a new approach and renewed energy to tackle any challenge. In addition to the attributes mentioned, you’ll also be able to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external partners
- Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders – understands concepts at lower levels of detail and communicates salient points at appropriate levels of abstraction to multiple audiences
- Use your organizational skills to create a productive workflow that the larger team can understand and follow efficiently

Your Responsibilities
Synthesize requirements from recruiting business stakeholders across multiple regions, together with the business process owner, to arrive at a holistic business and technology solutions – inclusive of processes and data usage elements. The major system will be Avature, however you would own all TA related systems as well as have exposure to other HR systems over time. You’ll determine innovative ways to leverage out of the box system functionality within Avature as well as our other TA systems as much as possible.
- Assess alternatives and drive the identification and development of enterprise level technology solutions to meet the business requirements.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and to senior leadership (VPs and executives)
- Provide on-going feedback to teams and peers across organizations and teams in order to help drive systems adoption
- Prioritize technology solution requirements agreed with key stakeholders, including identification of associated trade-offs

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated and significant expertise in Avature CRM with a broad working knowledge of Talent Acquisition applications
- Advanced knowledge of business process redesign principles and techniques
- Experience developing and gaining acceptance for strategic plans, proposed solutions and business cases with executive technical and business leaders
- Working knowledge of systems development lifecycles and systems integration projects
